The Fuelie Corvette in any capacity has become a very sought after vehicle. Starting the option in 1957, Chevrolet was well ahead of the time being that essentially every other car was carberated - therefore the public was a bit weary of this new technology. However, 60 some years later this option on Corvettes is a highly desired one to say the least. Presented here today, a fully restored, numbers matching 1962 Corvette Fuelie - the end of the C1 era in all of its glory. This '62 is dressed in the stunning Roman Red paint, which is a classic choice for any old Corvette - and still just as stunning today as it was when it was first introduced. The restoration of this Fuelie occured in the early 2000's with full photo documentation from the previous owner. Since the restoration, the car has been meticulously maintained, with there being virtually no flaws to the naked eye. Every square inch of this Corvette has been gone through with a fine tooth comb. The block is a numbers matching 327/360 HP Fuelie with the stamp VIN on the stamp pad matching the cars, as well as the build date on the pad being correct. Needless to say this is a highly, highly rare oppurtunity for a fully fleshed out '62 Corvette in fantastic mechanical and physical shape.
