1977 Pontiac Trans Am, 137k original miles, rebuilt engine and drivetrain, Flowmaster dual exhaust, Hoosier Quicktime DOT tires, new carpet, overall good condition, garaged since I got it in 2000 and have stacks of receipts to back up the description below. Hate to see it go, but I simply don't have the time to enjoy it like I used to. Engine: 400 Pontiac, 10:1, 750 cfm Edelbrock, single plane intake, reworked high performance heads. To get the full potential out of this engine I really wanted to install a fuel injection system. At altitude in Colorado the Edelbrock carb just doesn't do it justice. When I lived in Missouri this thing SCREAMED. Details: 1977 date code but NON-ORIGINAL BLOCK, de-burred, bored .060 and zero-decked. I have the original, virgin, #'s matching block to go with the car as well. TRW forged flat top pistons; Sealed Power moly ring set; Custom balanced crankshaft and weight-matched connecting rods; Clevite 77 rod/main bearings, clearances confirmed to manufacturer specs during build; ARP 180,000-psi rod bolts, main and cylinder head studs; Melling high pressure oil pump and drive rod. #46 Pontiac heads, Jan 28 1969 date code, confirmed 72cc chambers; 2.11/1.77 Manley Race Master valves with new hardened seats installed; Press-in studs removed and tapped for installation of ARP high strength screw-in studs; Heads ported and bowls blended by Noland's Cylinder Head Service in Kansas City. Comp Cams Magnum 51-240-4 (292H) cam and lifters (vacuum reservoir added). Comp Cams Magnum complete valvetrain: Chromemoly pushrods, roller tip rockers, moly valve locks, chromemoly pushrod and guideplates, Comp Cams 3112 double roller Race timing chain set straight up 0 degrees. Heads are capped with some really cool Mickey Thompson cast aluminum finned valve covers. Edelbrock Torker II single-plane intake, 750 electric choke (I have not re-tuned since moving to Denver but the calibration kit is included, comes with all the rods, jets and springs needed). I had been running it with a high-rise K&N air filter stack, only because the original fiberglass shaker hood scoop (included with car) won't fit under the hood because the Torker II is too tall. A shorter intake (like a Performer RPM?) would allow the original fiberglass shaker to fit. Hedman headers with ARP bolts going into Warlock bypass mufflers with 2.5" dual Flowmaster exhaust pipes tipped with chrome turndowns. Carter high volume fuel pump; High volume FlowKooler water pump with new fan clutch; Accel high voltage coil with new wires. Transmission: Overhauled Pontiac TH350, 3200 stall converter, Hughes Performance HP3288K - Premium Transmission Overhaul Race Kit with Kolene steels, Red Alto race frictions, and Kevlar-lined race band. TransGo manual-conversion shift kit with B&M ratchet shifter, heavy duty sprag, adjustable modulator. TCI adapter plate allows any GM transmission to bolt up to the block. Driveshaft updated with heavy duty u-joints, new transmission mount. Differential: Professionally rebuilt with a Ratech full rebuild kit, Richmond Gear 3.73 gears on a rebuilt Eaton posi (unit was original to the car). High-strength wheel studs. Chassis: Competition Engineering bolt-on subframe connectors (they can also be welded). Coil-over rear shocks give a little extra lift to make room for the big tires. Front suspension has been reworked with Moog and other high quality components: A-frame bushings, outer tie rods, idler arm, new front coil springs and shocks. Performance Suspension Technology center link, Energy Suspension polyurethane body mount bushings. Suspect front right wheel bearing needs replaced due to some noise when braking, and if I recall somebody before me did a spindle repair sleeve on that side so it may need even need a new spindle this time around. Interior: New carpet, original black leather seats have some wear and tear, but overall the interior is in outstanding condition given it's age. Headliner backer board is installed and intact but no upholstery (see photos). I intended on reupholstering it but never got around to it. Currently has a B&M Ratchet shifter with no boot, but I have the original shifter assembly with the car. Fuel gauge has given me some problems likely because of a poor ground connection at the tank, just haven't had time to drop the tank and fix it.Body/Exterior: Lines are straight. Driver side door hinge worn out. Paint is okay, not original color, was painted before I acquired it. Both front fenders need work, see pictures. Rear quarters have rust on the inside and trunk unibody rusted behind bumper (see photos). Bottom edges of doors show rust. Windshield is cracked in the bottom corner, weatherstrip is well-seasoned (hint: it could use new weatherstrip if you plan on going through a carwash). Overall typical of a car this age, which went 20 years in the elements. All of this is accounted for in the asking price. A pair of Kenwood 6x9 speakers installed, along with a cheap Walmart stereo. It works. A/C is not installed on this car, but the mounting brackets come with the car. Miscellaneous: Original Rally wheels included, Hoosier QuickTime DOT tires installed on IMCA wheels on the back currently, the four original wheels have BF Goodrich Radial T/A's. Also have a box of assorted spare parts which I accumulated over the years, like a spare gauge pod I got just in case the fuel gauge turned out to be faulty.

The car has been family owned since 1980. Been restoring since 2004 and just about everything is new. 19770 miles showing on odometer. The car was originally white with red interior but was changed during this restoration. The seat covers are the original hobnail pattern. The seat belts were redone from ssnake-Oyl products. All the wiring harnesses in the engine compartment were replaced with harnesses from M&H electric. Engine and Transmission have been rebuilt. Brake and gas lines have all been replaced. Gas tank is new. Air conditioning is missing the condenser, but the rest of the parts are installed. Wheel wells, radiator support and most all the brackets have been powder coated. Just passed California smog check. Always garaged and been in California since new.
1979 Sunny So.Cal Muscle Car: The Pontiac Trans Am with T top. A rebuilt Chevy 350 motor was installed in 2014 (so my son could drive it his Senior year in HS). New brake lines, brake pads- car is street legal with Calif. smog. It is a very cool car and loud!. Odometer reads 12,724- new rebuilt motor has less than 1000 miles. Some issues: top of car needs to be repainted & other clear coat peeling on trunk lid (see photos), the gas gauge does not work (tank floatation device needs replacing), and some interior upholstery blemishes. It sits in my garage and starts right up.
Drive the one car to the car show that everyone wants! This finest BIRD you will ever see! This car is truly 1 of 1. This 1973 Pontiac Trans Am was a full rotisserie build that took four year to complete. A complete list of customizations and modifications is too long to list. The car comes with all receipts, replacement coil over’s for the front end (the car currently has Shockwave air bags) and a new set of rear tires. Here are a few highlights of the car: blown Chevy LS 9 powerplant, Tremec T56-6 speed transmission, fully customized steel body, Front end Heidts suspension clip along with “390” gears in the IRS Heidts rear end set up, one off owner designed MHT built rims, custom paint including all graphics, fully customized leather / alcantara interior that includes well over 100 one off pieces created for the car, “haloed” original headlights to list just a few. The car has over $400k invested in it with all receipts available. I'd be happy to provide the builders contact information so that all of the customization that has been done on the car be understood and validated. Please contact Ron Frazier at 714-269-1190
VERY CLEAN! Classic Black Trans Am......This car could be a daily driver. Has a 1991 Chevy 350 motor with 14.5 K miles. So this car may not appeal to the buyer who wants "original" everything, but this motor is a workhorse. It's basically a corvette with a trans am chassis. Was briefly a promotional vehicle, so it has some decals.....I left them bc they looked cool.....they can be peeled off if needed. Also has the "Blue" California 70's license plate. I don't want to sell it, but it's time for me to get married and my favorite muscle car is beginning to like an engagement ring. Thank you for your time.

10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY TRANS AM. Original owner. Near Tampa Floridam, $24,000 OBO
A beautiful black Trans Am with only 16,000 original miles! I purchased it from the original owner who told me he drove it for 2 years and then put it away. When I registered it in Missouri they verified that the miles are actual. Everything is original as it came from the factory except for rubber parts. It even has all the labels and stickers. The build sheet is in the car somewhere too, but I've left it alone. The car has dealer undercoat, which has helped it stay as pristine as it is. You won't have to put any money into this car. No leaks, no bad parts, everything works. It starts the first time every time and runs like a top. With such low miles it's like having a new car. It runs and drives like a new car, which for all intents and purposes, it is. It has the more desirable Pontiac 400 CID big block in it. It's mechanically perfect, the interior is perfect except for the rear deck which has lost some of it's color and the paint is amazing for its age. I've had some repairs and maintenance work done : The radiator was rebuilt last year, new upper control arm bushings, new T-Top seals on both sides, new window felt, new gas tank sending unit and repacked wheel bearings. I take the car to my mechanic every 6 months and tell him to find something wrong with it, but he can't. It's been in 2 car shows and took first place in both of them. I've seen a few TAs listed here lately claiming to be original. If you do your homework you'll see they're not. Check out the t-tops. The only factory tops were put in by Hurst in 77 and they'll have the HH on the glass. If you get one with aftermarket tops you can't get parts for them. The car should have honeycomb wheels and the decal font should be just like the one on this car. Those are just a few of the easy tells. I encourage you to do your homework on my car to see just how original and unmolested it is. It truly is a rolling time capsule. Remember, it's only original once!I would enjoy talking to serious potential buyers about the car, so please don't hesitate to call me.

Instantly recognizable by the iconic extractor side scoops and massive spoilers on the chin and rear deck lid, this 2nd generation Firebird Trans Am was easily the most radical. 1 of only 5,700 Turbo Indy Pace Cars produced in 1980, this particular bird proudly displays Indianapolis 500 Pace Car decals over Cameo White (RPO LU8) paint with gray accents. If that's not enough, under the bulged hood emblazoned with a one-off variant of the "screaming chicken" lies a turbocharged 4.9L (301cid) mill - one of the last true Pontiac V8s - producing 210hp from the factory. The 301 Turbo differed from other 301 blocks because the cylinder walls were thicker and it was built for lower compression required by the forced induction setup. Internally, these blocks featured forged pistons, a mild cam, rolled fillet crankshaft, and baffled oil pan. High pressure oil and fuel pumps were also fitted. The THM350 automatic transmission was standard on all turbo cars. White painted "turbo" wheels (RPO N89), WS6 Performance Handling Package which included four-wheel disc brakes and a stiffer suspension setup were included options on the Pace Car replicas along with T-Tops, air conditioning, and a 3.08 limited-slip differential. A unique gimmick was the "boost indicator" lights on the trailing edge of the hood (RPO UR4).Call us today at (630) 443-4582 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for more information!
