The body is nice and straight, the bright red paint shines like glass. Goodyear white-lined tires with original Buick wheels and center caps along with a clean white convertible top complete the classy yet sporty look of the car.

The convertible top with hard rear glass operates as it should. There is a ton of beautiful chrome and stainless trim throughout the clean interior and dash, complete with factory Buick AM radio, and day/night rearview mirror. Our Skylark is powered by the rare 215ci all aluminum V8 engine. The Buick 215 is praised for being as smooth as a sewing machine, lightweight, and powerful for its size. That is mated to a correct automatic transmission that shifts effortlessly. The engine is dressed with a rebuilt original 2 Jet Rochester carburetor (tag still affixed), vintage Offenhauser aluminum finned valve covers and air cleaner.
