Proceeds from this fundraising campaign will support and further the Cobra Experience’s mission to promote, conserve, educate and preserve the cars produced by Shelby American. In addition, it will help us to expand and continually develop our programs to educate the public and the next generation of automotive enthusiasts about the legacy of Carroll Shelby and these great cars. The Cobra Experience is a 501(c)(3) Non-profit museum located in Martinez, California. We are a volunteer organization, and hope you will stop in to experience the museum next time you are in Northern California!
Vehicle Info - This car is a rare and highly desirable convertible model of which there were only 404 produced. The 302ci V8 is mated to a 4-speed manual transmission and benefits from the addition of a period correct Paxton Supercharger installed by the previous owner. This rare addition increases this cars power by 80-90 bhp from 250 bhp to 330-340 bhp!
