Go east on Hwy C to first stoplight, turn left on John Deere Drive (by Bank of Old Monroe) and go approx. 1 mile to Thornhill Auction Barn on right, next door to Thornhill Real Estate Office. Note: Sale will be held indoors with heat, come snow or shine.

Auctioneer’s Note: Guy & Cordie have been married for 31 years. They always enjoyed everything life has to offer. After retiring from Lowes this year, they are moving to Ecuador. We are selling their home and everything in it. They enjoyed traveling on their motorcycles. The cars have been well taken care of and the contents in the home are extra clean. Most of the belongings are like new and less than 2 years old. Due to parking & time of year we will hold the auction in our heated facility.
