The Ruiz Car Company was established at this Oregon location in 1987 by Mr. and Mrs. Juan Ruiz, where their dealership did business until December of 1999 when they sold the property. After a two year hiatus Mr. and Mrs. Ruiz were back at the old dealership location with a new name, Affordable Classics
