Roy's RV Supercenter

Roy's started with 3 trailers in a driveway in 1971. It quickly outgrew that and was soon a small 1 acre lot in the small Randolph County town of Harman (population 80). Through the 70's and 80's Roy's steadily grew and was known as the small town dealer with great service. Through the 90's Roy's gained even more popularity and really started to grow. By 1999 Roy's RV had grown to the point that different lots around the small town of Harman had to be rented to store units. Manufacturers that sold Roy's it's products were amazed at the amount of business they saw at such an out of the way, remote location. Customers from all over West Virgina, Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania began coming to Roy's because of the great customer service they had heard about. In 1999 the decision was made to move 24 miles across Randolph County to the town of Elkins. Although still a "small" town with a population of around 8,000 it was much easier to get to for their main customer base. By the year 2001 Roy's RV Supercenter LLC officially opened on its new 11 acre facility. A 10,000 square foot service facility and a 3,000 square foot office and parts store were the first things completed followed by a 10,000 square foot indoor showroom completed a few years later. By maintaining their focus on still being a small town dealer and treating their customers the same way they did for almost 30 years on their small 1 acre lot, Roy's RV Supercenter LLC quickly grew into one of the largest dealers on the east coast. Now stocking a multi-million dollar inventory, having a beautiful indoor showroom, 11 acres to shop on, and a large service department. Roy's RV Supercenter LLC still has several employees from the small 1 acre lot in Harman and has never forgotten their humble beginnings or the lesson learned there...
