Porsche caters to its most demanding clientele with limited-edition models that provide guaranteed exclusivity and increased performance. One such offering is the 911 Turbo S Exclusive Series, launched in 2018 as the ultimate incarnation of the 911 Turbo S. Created through in-house specialist division Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur, it was limited to just 500 examples. Each was hand-finished at the divisions then-new headquarters in Zuffenhausen, Germany, and featured desirable upgrades not available to buyers of the regular Turbo S.

The most apparent changes are on the exterior, which is finished in vibrant Golden Yellow Metallic, a color exclusive to the model. A range of other carefully selected hues was also available. Various carbon fiber elements further distinguished the Exclusive Series, most notably the hood and roof, which featured two central stripes exposing the high-tech materials distinctive weave pattern. Carbon fiber was also used for the side skirts, mirror caps, side air intakes, Turbo Aerokit rear wing, and rear apron.

The 3.8-liter twin-turbo flat-six engine was dressed in carbon fiber trim as well and enhanced with a power kit and upgraded exhaust system that together raised output to a heady 607 horsepower, making the Exclusive Series the most powerful Turbo S produced up to that point. Black 20-inch, center-locking wheels unique to the model feature laser-etched Golden Yellow Metallic accents that complement the Black Porsche Carbon Ceramic Brake calipers with the Porsche logo in Golden Yellow Metallic.

The Black and Golden Yellow color scheme continues in the cabin, with seats featuring two layers of perforated leather Black on the outside and an inner layer incorporating two stripes in Golden Yellow, creating a unique effect echoed in the Alcantara headliner. Carbon fiber trim on the dash, console, and doors incorporates a copper thread, while Golden Yellow Turbo S logos embroidered in the headrests complement matching contrast stitching throughout the leather-lined cabin. Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), the Sport Chrono package, rear-axle steering, and Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC) all came standard.

The example offered here is serial number 422/500 and appears to have been delivered to its first owner in Texas. In addition to the models Exclusive Series features, this Turbo S was further equipped from the factory with the front-axle lift system, adaptive cruise control, lane change assist, and a fire extinguisher. In October 2025, the vehicle received an annual service from Porsche San Antonio.

Preserved in incredible condition with just 53 miles showing on the odometer at cataloguing time, this Porsche Turbo S Exclusive Series holds undeniable appeal as a collectors item of the highest order and a rolling testament of Porsche Exclusive Manufakturs impressive capabilities.
