Following the unveiling of the SLS AMG supercar, Mercedes-AMG presented the GT as its second sports car, conceived entirely in-house. The 2018 Roadster variant features a twin-turbocharged V8 engine that powers the rear wheels. It was specially configured with a Selenite Grey Metallic exterior and a Red Pepper/Black Nappa leather interior. Optional accessories comprise the Keyless Go Package, Lane Tracking Package, AMG Black Piano Lacquer Trim, Nappa leather AMG Performance steering wheel, AMG Exterior Night Styling Package, AMG Performance exhaust system, DISTRONIC PLUS adaptive cruise control, heated and ventilated front seats, 19 /20 AMG Split 5-spoke wheels, and a Burmester Surround Sound system.

It is equipped with the AMG Exterior Night Styling package, which includes various high-gloss black accents, a vented hood, fender vents, full LED headlights, an automatically deploying rear spoiler, silver brake calipers, LED taillamps, and integrated LED turn signals.

Inside, the Red Pepper and Black Nappa leather upholstery is accented with red contrast stitching and Red Pepper details on the seat inserts and door armrests. The center console and air vents are accompanied by optional AMG Black Piano Lacquer trim. Amenities include a rearview camera, Parktronic parking assist, DISTRONIC adaptive cruise control, automatic-dimming mirrors, Keyless GO keyless entry, Airscarf neck-warming systems, automatic climate control, Burmester Surround Sound system, blind-spot assistant, automatic lane recognition, and lane-keeping assist.

Under the hood of the AMG GT resides an AMG-manufactured M178 twin-turbocharged 4.0L V8 engine that sends up to 469 HP and 465 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch AMG Speedshift automatic transmission. The vehicle sprints from 0-60 MPH in just 3.3 seconds and reaches a top speed of 196 MPH. Noteworthy performance attributes include an AMG Adaptive Sport Suspension, AMG Performance exhaust, a dry-sump lubrication system, a carbon-fiber composite driveshaft, and dynamic engine and transmission mounts.

In the event of a return, Speedway Motors offers a prompt, full refund, with all refunds processed within 72 hours.
