2017 Chevrolet Camaro Coupe The 2017 Camaro, coming off a full redesign last year, has evolved into what you could almost say is a sports car, boasting more sophisticated underpinnings and truly impressive, world-beating handling capabilities. Yes, it still has muscle-car-worthy tire-shredding power. However, you no longer have to get the V8-powered SS to enjoy what the Camaro has to offer. Even the base turbocharged four-cylinder produces 275 horsepower. For consignment, a 2017 Version of the Camaro with a 4-cylinder turbo. Now before you pooh pooh the 4-cylinder engine, its turbo charged and puts out 275hp which is no knuckle dragger. This car comes to us with a mere 948 miles and the break in oil was just changed by a Chevrolet dealership WOW! Exterior Celebrating 50 years of the Camaro, this anniversary edition is bathed in Hyper Blue Metallic. The Coke bottle sides and grimacing front blackened grille and snarling halogens with the hood overhang like mad eyebrows, and some side vertical vents and we are ready to go racin. Underneath we note a small black chin spoiler. A nicely raked rearward front glass and curved rear roofline which gracefully lowers to the rear deck which is topped with a spoiler in body matching blue. A smoked glass sunroof is on top, and 18-inch silver painted aluminum wheels are on all 4 corners. Interestingly the rear of this car, all in blue neoprene, harkens back to the early roots in its design of the horizontal wrap-around taillights. A black rear roll pan houses dual exit exhaust pipes, one on either side. Interior A push of the FOB and we can enter into the cockpit which includes sporty high back front buckets in gray broadcloth with white stitched bolsters and some highlighting white stripes on either side of the backs. These seats are powered with 8 way for the driver and 6 way for the passenger. In back are tight 2 plus 2 buckets in matching style to the front. A sculpted center console uses black molded plastic and some faux aluminum panels as it moves toward the dash center. Here we run into two large adjustable air vents, climate control buttons and a large central screen which controls the Bluetooth connection, radio, backup cam and a Chevy my link system. The dash withers design could be in a jet fighter, but its in this 1LT and shows a colorful backlit digital display with lit red pointers and a center small screen for extra info and a digital speed readout. The rally leather covered steering wheel denotes FIFTY in its rim and can control some of the interior functions and connectivity. Black carpeting for the floors is on the bottoms and a nice charcoal gray headliner is above. Drivetrain Under the hood is a 2.0 liter DOHC turbocharged 4-cylinder engine. It is rated at 275hp and it is fed by EFI. On back is an 8-speed automatic transmission with a 3.27 rear axle. Undercarriage Pristine and like new, never even seen bad weather! A Ziebart lifetime undercoating guarantee as well as the current GM powertrain warranty which will expire on 2/2022. Sport suspension with stability control and ABS brakes in disc form are on all 4 corners. Drive-Ability We took it for a short spin and all worked perfectly! It is a less than 1,000 mile car!
