THE PORSCHE 911 GT3 RS

Since the introduction of the original 901 in 1963, Porsche's six-cylinder rear-engine sports cars were renowned for their ability to punch well above their weight in competition. The factory's racing department at Weissach continually, relentlessly developed the car for competition, which spawned a long line of storied homologation specials.

Starting with the 1973 Carrera RS 2.7, 'RS' variants of the 911 have become coveted for their track readiness, precision, and power.
