Cadillac built the ATS-V to go toe-to-toe with the BMW M3 and Mercedes-AMG C63, and with the 3.6L twin-turbo V6 backed by a 6-speed manual, this is the version enthusiasts actually seek out. Only 1,496 ATS-V Sedans were built for the 2016 model year in total, and the manual has always been the less common choice next to the automatic exact production splits were never published by Cadillac, but this configuration is a genuinely rare find. Live comparable sales we found nationally for similar-mileage ATS-V Sedans (without known accident history) run higher roughly $29,000 to $34,000 depending on mileage. But given the vehicle history below, were not pulling this number up to match clean comps. Were anchoring to CARFAXs own History-Based Value of $28,300, which already factors in the airbag deployment and accident history as negative value adjustments.

The fuel injector and fuel pump gasket work performed at an independent shop in November 2025 still falls outside what we count toward the total, given the open questions around this vehicles history and its unclear connection to the accident. Accident reported (02/02/2021): CARFAX documents a moderate-severity accident involving front or side impact, with damage to the left side and multiple airbags deployed. CARFAX itself notes that deployed airbags must be replaced by a qualified technician, and we do not have documentation confirming that was done. We strongly recommend a pre-purchase inspection that specifically verifies the airbag system before you buy.
Second damage report (12/12/2021): A separate minor damage report involving the front of the vehicle, about ten months after the first incident.
Turbocharger replaced/repaired (12/31/2024) and fuel injector(s) and fuel pump gasket(s) replaced (11/19/2025): Both documented on CARFAX. We cant confirm whether either repair is connected to the 2021 accident or is unrelated mechanical work on this twin-turbo engine were disclosing both plainly since we dont have a clear answer either way.
Recent service by our own shop (07/28/2026): Since acquiring the vehicle, Duluth Auto Service & Imports has completed a full pre-delivery inspection along with air filter, cabin air filter, headlight bulb, oil and filter, rear shock absorber, and transmission fluid service all itemized above and unrelated to the earlier accident or engine work.
Title: Clean no salvage, rebuilt, fire, flood, hail, or lemon brands reported by any state DMV.
Odometer: No indication of rollback or inconsistency.
Ownership: Two owners the first as a personal lease, the second as personal use.
