An homage to the legendary Mercedes-Benz 300 SL and the home of a raucous 6.2-litre naturally aspirated V-8 engine, the SLS AMG Roadster channels its 563 horsepower via a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission to achieve a claimed 317 km/h top speed.
The example offered here was completed at the start of November 2012 and was delivered to its first owner in Munich just a few days later on 12 November. Presented in an all-black livery, the SLS AMG Roadster was specified with Obsidian Black paint, a black fabric roof, and a Black and Anthracite Exclusive leather interior.
The generous specification further added staggered 19- and 20-inch forged AMG wheels that sit over ceramic brakes, the carbon interior and exterior trim packages, and an AMG performance steering wheel. Conveniences include Mercedes-Benzs Airscarf ventilation system to blow warm air onto occupants necks, a rearview camera, blind spot assistance, plus electrically adjustable memory seats.
Part of The Silver Star Collection since 2020, this SLS AMG Roadster boasts just two German keepers from new.
