2006 BMW Z4 3.0i Roadster

This is a 3 owner car that started out in Tuscon, AZ as a lease vehicle and was returned off lease in 2009 with 38,000 miles on her. The CarFax shows a second owner incorrectly, as the listed third owner was actually the second owner. He lived in both Florida and CT and often drove the car back and forth and between 2009 and 2012, racked up 90,000 miles, with most of that highway. The 3rd owner took possession in 2012 and enjoyed her primarily as a weekend, fair weather car, putting less than 30,000 miles on her in his 10 years of ownership. There are now 118,000 miles on her. The car has been almost exclusively serviced at BMW dealerships throughout her entire life.

This car is a great driving car, the big inline 3 liter pulls VERY strong and idles super smooth. 215 HP and 185 lbft.

The 6 speed auto transmission shifts crisply, as it should and the paddle shifters operate correctly.

As a BMW, it is loaded with accoutrements.

8 way power, 3 position memory, heated, leather seats; BMW, 8 speaker CD/stereo; cruise control; power folding soft top; AC, intermittent wipers; Xenon lights, Fog lights; power windows, power locks, power mirrors; of course 4 power disc brakes and power steering; Emergency service connectivity; Tilt wheel, auto dimming rear view mirror; Airbags, ABS, Traction Control - just to name a few.

There is no rust on the car and the CarFax shows a very minor parking lot incident where the left rear quarter panel was rubbed/scratched - this was repainted under insurance. The rest of the paint is in very nice condition with only 1 or 2 small stone chips.

The 10 spoke BMW aluminum wheels are in great condition, no rash, and are wrapped in Yokohama Avid radials in 225/45/17 size and are run flats. They were purchased new by the current owner in 2017.

The leather interior is also in very good nick with only minor wear on the driver bolster and around the shift boot. A couple of the bits would benefit from a deep leather clean and condition.

The tan soft top works as it should and goes up and down in very short time, about 10 seconds. The cloth has a couple of marks on it from being folded most of the time, these will probably come out with some carpet cleaning type solution.

Despite the higher mileage, this car runs and drives wonderfully, everything works as it should and can be had for a fraction of it's original MSRP.
