Classic Car Overview

Classic Car Addict is excited to present this 2004 Dodge Ram SRT-10 two-door for sale in our Mesa, AZ showroom. Hot-rod pickups go back to the 1930s, but it took a while for manufacturers to do their own sporty trucks. The Dodge Lil Red Express of 1978 was an early example, but sporty trucks didnt really become their own thing until the 1990s, with the GMC Syclone, Chevrolet 454 SS, and Ford F-150 SVT Lightning all roasting tires between Americas stoplights. Fast forward another decade, and the Dodge Ram SRT-10 pickup took things to an even further extreme. It first appeared at the 2002 North American Auto Show in Detroit and hit the market in 2004. The fastest pickup built to that date, it featured the Dodge Vipers 8.3-liter V-10 engine with 500 hp and a whopping 525 pound-feet of torque with a 6-speed manual transmission. The bolstered seats are trimmed in black leather with synthetic suede inserts and feature SRT-10 headrest embroidery. Silver-color trim accents the matching dashboard and door panels. Amenities include a power-adjustable drivers seat, air conditioning, cruise control, an Infinity CD stereo with a subwoofer, a six-disc CD changer, push-button start, side curtain airbags, a Hurst shifter, and metal pedal covers. The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 30K miles. The truck is finished in Bright Silver Metallic and features a front air dam with integrated fog lights as well as a domed hood with an integrated scoop. It is also equipped with an SRT rear spoiler, lower body cladding and a color matching tonneau cover. There are a few small paint imperfections, and you can see those on our YouTube channel. Consignor also added color matched side window deflectors to protect from rain/snow and wind. The 8.3-liter V10 was shared with the contemporary Dodge Viper and was factory rated at 500 horsepower and 525 lb.-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec T-56 six-speed manual transmission and a Dana 60 rear axle with a limited-slip differential. This Ram SRT-10 will be sold on a clean Arizona title and a clean CarFax report and the original window sticker is framed. The SRT-10 is more than I expected in a truck. Its very civilized when puttering around, but when called upon, it just flat-out goes. Dont miss out on this beauty, call Classic Car Addict today at 480-256-1459. And be sure to follow us on all our socials, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. We welcome all buyers to have a pre-purchase inspection done as all our vehicles are sold AS IS.
