Commemorative Editions were only produced in 2004 and only 2,215 coupes were produced. The limited editions were made to honor the success of the Chevy C5 racer, and to close out the last production year of the C5 Corvette. The Commemoratives came with LeMans Blue paint, cross-flagged embroidery seat headrests, commemorative wheel centers, and front/back commemorative emblems. The convertible is unique as it has silver crossed flags on the center interior waterfall panels. The car is also equipped with enhanced special wheels only for this model and other decorative GM factory decals that were installed to show its uniqueness.
