consideration. This Miata is powered by a 1.8L 16 valve 4-cylinder engine mated to a
6-speed manual transmission. Miatas are known for their sporty driving characteristics and
are often referred to as the best bang for the buck in a sporting drivers car, ZOOM-ZOOM.
Introduced in 1998, the second generation Mazda MX-5 Miata was code-named NB and was
larger and more mature than its predecessor. Featuring refined styling based on the RX-7,
the NB lost the pop up headlights but gained more interior space as well as a more refined
powertrain. While the original models have skyrocketed in desirability, the second generation
models have not reached that point yet, but with their classic good looks and improved
styling, it is no doubt they will get there soon.
This example is finished in stunning Emerald Green Mica over a clean black interior. Just
because Mazda focused on the driving characteristics, doesnt mean that they forgot about
comfort and convenience. It came equipped with a NARDI sterling wheel, power windows,
power locks, cruise control, and air conditioning.
This northern Michigan summer only cruiser was purchased by our consignor four years ago
and put approximately 7,000 trouble miles on the vehicle during their ownership. This
example comes with the original window sticker, original owners manuals, service records
and two keys and is ready to be enjoyed with the oil changed two days prior to the vehicle
coming in for sale!
