The mid-mounted 3.6-liter Tipo F131 V8 was factory rated at 400 horsepower and 275 lb-ft of torque and features a flat-plane crankshaft, dry-sump lubrication, dual overhead camshafts, five valves per cylinder, and a Capristo exhaust system. Work performed in 2026 included changing the oil, servicing the air conditioning system, and replacing the following components: Timing belts and associated tensioners, mass airflow sensors, accessory drive belts, and spark plugs. Power is sent to the rear wheels through an electrohydraulic six-speed F1 sequential transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The transaxle mounts were replaced in 2021.
