Does have issues with the top. It will not go up or down. Could be a timing issue with the motors, but the top itself is perfect. No sagging, no tension issues and garage kept, so no fading.
Otherwise, this car is about as clean as it gets for car of this age. No rust, always been in the south. Moving out of state soon and not taking it with me.
