1997 Porsche 911 Targa

Porsche South Bay is thrilled to offer this stunning, Clean CARFAX, locally owned 1997 Porsche 911 (993) Targa six speed manual finished in Ocean Blue Metallic over Bicolor Cashmere Beige/Black supple leather interior. The 993 was the final iteration of the Legendary air cooled or Luftgekuhlt 911. The 993 received the first version of Porsches multi link LSA (light, stable, agile) rear suspension, with highly sculpted bodywork that departed significantly from the original 911 styling used through the 964. The 1996-1998 models received the uprated Varioram (variable intake) induction system along with updated engine management resulting in an impressive 282 Horse Power with a top speed of 171 MPH. With the reintroduction of the Targa in 1996 an entirely new Sliding Roof system replaced the traditional tri-folding removable roof panel that was discontinued in 1994 with the outgoing 964.

This three Southern California owner example was sold new originally at Beverly Hills Porsche with an original MSRP of $75,382.
