Classic Car Overview
This 1996 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S was first registered in Texas later in Pennsylvania and now in Massachusetts, purchased by current owner in 2014. The car is finished black over black, and is powered by a Varioram M64 3.6-liter flat-six S engine driven by a six-speed manual transaxle with all-wheel drive and limited slip rear differential with alloy multi-link rear suspension. An April 2018 motor out service was performed which falls within the last 1k miles, that included replacement of the clutch, multiple gaskets, valve cover seals, accessory belt, engine wiring harness as well as cleaning of the secondary air injection ports.
This car comes with service records,original window sticker, accident-free Carfax report, and a clean Massachusetts title.
Finished in black (L741) and featuring a Turbo-style front bumper and wider bodywork compared to standard 993 Carrera. Standard equipment included an automatically and manually deploying rear spoiler, headlight washers, fog lights, and an electric sunroof, and teardrop mirrors. The 18″ Turbo Twist wheels have the optional Porsche crest center caps. The C4S included Turbo-specification red brake calipers and cross-drilled rotors as standard equipment.The seats are power adjustable sport seats trimmed in black leather with matching door panels and carpets. The car has power windows, heated and powered mirrors, cruise control, a Becker Porsche CD stereo, and Porsche-logo floor mats.
VDO instrumentation includes a 180-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,800-rpm redline, and gauges for fuel level, oil temperature, pressure, and level. The six-digit odometer shows 81k miles, approximately 5k of which were added by the current owner.
