1996 Mercedes-Benz SL320

I am the 2nd owner.  Car was originally purchased by a lady in Florida. I have her original title.  She only drove this car about 5K miles/year.  I purchased the car in 2012 with 74,558 miles.  I have all maintenance records.  I also have the original Window Sticker from Mercedes Benz.  The car has 2 tops.  When the car was delivered to me in California, I was astonished to find that not only had the soft top never been raised, but that the wind screen was still stored in it’s original  plastic wrapper in the truck.  Options: Bose Stereo System, Keyless Entry System, Side Air Bag System, Air Conditioning, Traction Control System, Memory Seating, Anti Theft/Security System, Dual Air Bags, Power Steering-Door Locks-Windows, Power Antenna, Cruise Control, Power Passenger Seat, Fog Lamps, Power Driver’s Set, Heated Outside Mirrors, PWR Tilt/Telescoping Steering Wheel, Electochromatic Rear View Mirror, Power Mirrors, Illuminated Entry System, rear Window Defroster, Headlight Wipers or Washer, Anti-Lock Brakes (ABS), Chrome Wheels.  The seats covers have been replaced with the original Mercedes leather.  The carpets are original.  They have never even been cleaned, spotless.  

Maintenance: I have all maintenance records.  All hydraulic vacuum cylinders for the top have been replaced.  2 Struts, Head Gasket, Time Belt Gasket, Water Pump, spark plugs & coil have been  replaced.  Updated radio; however, I have the original radio. Stand for Hard top included. Car is always garaged and covered.
