FOUR-BY Motor Co is pleased to offer this 1996 Ford F250 XLT. This is a great rust free example of the highly sought after crew cab short bed Fords from the 90s. This is a great truck but it needs some minor TLC. The truck runs and drives out very well. Everything felt tight during our test drive. This would make a great work truck, father son project, or restoration candidate. It has the big block 7.5L V8 that starts up and runs smoothly. It has lots of power. The transmission shifts strong and the 4 wheel drive works well. It has a few leaks that we have not looked into. The tires are in need of replacing. With a little work this could be a very solid truck mechanically.
The interior is in very good shape for its age. It has typical wear. The headliner needs to be replaced. Overall it is a great interior and it just needs a little TLC.
The exterior is in good condition. The paint has a good shine to it but it has multiple places the clear is peeling. The body is very straight though and worthy of a paint job someday. The bed is in great condition. The undercarriage is very clean and solid. If you have been looking for an OBS project then this may be the truck for you.
