Classic Car Overview

1996 Chevrolet Corvette "Collector Edition" production of only 1381 Convertibles and total of 5412 built and very few Automatic Transmissions. These were all Sebring Silver Metallic Exterior with Silver Perforated Leather Sport Seats with "Collector Edition" embroidery, and a Black Convertible soft top. This Z15 Collector Edition was matched with an "LT1" 350 ci 5.7L V-8 Engine mated to the Automatic Transmissions with improved shift quality and more durable torque converters with Performance Axle Ratio. Preferred Equipment Group, Electronic Air Conditioning, Special Emblems and special ZR-1 Style 17" 5-Spoke Wheels painted Silver with Black Brake Calipers and Silver Corvette lettering with P285/40ZR17 Rear Tires. 1996 Corvette's Onboard Diagnostics were much more improved and complex.
