If you're a fan of vintage Japanese cars, be sure to check out Nissan's online heritage site. There are tons of vintage Nissan pics and specs going all the way back to the 1920s. Each featured car or truck has relevant specs and a little "detail" tab that gives some background on that specific car.
The Volkswagen Kombi van reached iconic status, with even a school lunch box fashioned in its image. During those early years, the Volkswagen Microbus morphed into various forms. From a cargo carrier with no windows behind the driver's seat to a windowed passenger van with three rows of seats, the possibilities seemed endless.
Classic Car Overview
You should've purchased this when you had the chance. As of 2020, this is a historical grade model and the price just went up! From this day forward the price goes up OR you can buy a new one at $70,000 and the price goes down. A photo with the historic plates will come shortly.
Drive luxury that is like new but not the new price. This car is totally restored. New everything with 17,000 miles on the restoration. It is loaded with heated seats, automatic transmission upgraded by AAMCO WITH UPGRADES AND THEIR WARRANTY plus it has A or M selector to shift like a standard. New interior, top, tires, breaks, EVERYTHING gone through. Will trade for a good working backhoe/loader combination.LAST TWO PHOTOS:
When I say everything was made new I mean exactly that. We started restoration at almost 144,000 with struts, shocks, motor, and transmission. At about 150,000 on the odometer and 6,000 on the new stuff; we went for interior, paint, and top. At about 156,000 new radiator and lights, etc. It is about 160,000 on the odometer now. NO PAYPAL SCHEMES, FINANCING OR ANYTHING BUT CASH. The price is now $75,000 or best offer.Because some people have not understood why my BMW is worth more; I decided to ‘show and tell’ THE DIFFERENCE! These pictures show the everyday mass produced BMW 325i convertible.
1. There are several while mine is “the parade model with the top completely gone and hard body ascetics. The people in back could sit as though it had no top. “RARE“ is one thing that MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE and IT WAS CONSIDERED A “CLASSIC” in 1996-97 or so.
2. THE AESTHETICS is MUCH BETTER with the parade model ADDED to the rare influence in value!
3. The one in these pictures has rust and it is NOT totally restored! Mine had and has NO RUST. It has been gone over and gone through for TOTAL RESTORATION!
A TOTALLY RESTORED CLASSIC HISTORIC VEHICLE THAT IS RARE HAS THE VALUE! I have located the original dealer that sold the car on day one. I am researching the fact this may be the only surviving parade model.
