The type 964 generation of the Porsche 911 Turbo is revered for being the last version cut from the same cloth as the original 911, which had launched three decades prior. Though its timeless design was only mildly updated with new bumpers and taillights, the underpinnings were vastly improved. The type 964s chassis featured the first major suspension redesign since the 911s inception, ensuring that the new Turbo model was far easier to control

The updated 911 Turbo launched in 1990 with the 3.3-liter flat-six from the previous type 930 while Porsche finished developing a turbocharged version of its all-new 3.6-liter flat-six. Introduced for the 1993 model year and well worth the wait, the larger turbocharged M64/50 engine produced significantly more power than its predecessor. Equipped with the familiar Getrag G50 five-speed manual gearbox, a limited-slip differential, wider bodywork, a large rear spoiler, 18-inch Speedline wheels, and red brake calipers, the type 964 3.6 Turbo was only sold for the 1993 and 1994 model years, with fewer than 1,500 cars produced in total.

This 1994 911 Turbo 3.6 completed production in June 1993, desirably finished in Amazon Green Metallic over a Cashmere and Black leather interior. Factory options included heated sports seats, US emissions, an electric sliding sunroof, polished 18-inch wheels, and titanium brake calipers, as indicated by the Porsche Certificate of Authenticity copy on file. This document further confirms the engine and transmission to be numbers-matching units.

The Porsche was shipped to Gaudin Porsche of Las Vegas, Nevada, which sold the car to its first owner in April 1994, according to information logged in the included warranty service booklet. The Porsche was eventually sold to another individual in 1998 and the third, current owner, became its caretaker in 2001.

Now showing with just under 50,000 miles on the odometer, documentation on file in the form of invoices and the warranty booklet confirm a robust maintenance history. Most recently in February 2026, the Porsche was sent to a shop in Sarasota, Florida, to receive a new fuel pump and timing cover gasket to remedy a leak. Previously in 2023, the engine was pulled for a complete rebuild. Upon inspection, it was also found that the car has an aftermarket heat exchanger setup from B&B.

As a desirable three-owner example finished in a wonderful and very rare color combination, this coveted type 964 911 Turbo 3.6 from the models final year of production is now being publicly offered for the very first time in its history.
