Powering this Trans Am GT is a 5.7 liter V8 engine producing 275 horsepower, paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission. With only 553 miles on the odometer, this Firebird is in pristine condition and is 1 of 68 as optioned. The 25th Anniversary edition Pontiac Firebird Trans Am GT is a true collectors item, featuring a limited-slip differential, monotube gas-filled shocks, power rack and pinion steering, four outlet exhaust, Aero appearance package, soft fascia front and rear bumpers, 16-inch aluminum wheels, and dual power sport mirrors. The interior boasts articulating bucket seats, a gage package tachometer, and more.



From 1993 until 1995 (1995 non-California cars), Firebirds received a 160 hp 3.4 L V6, an enhanced version of the third-generations 3.1 L V6. Beginning mid-year 1995 onward, a Series II 3.8 L V6 with 200 hp became the Firebirds sole engine. From 1993 until 1997, the sole engine for the Formula and Trans Am was the 5.7 L LT1 V8, essentially identical to the LT1 in the C4 Corvette except for more flow-restrictive intake and exhaust systems.
