The Finish is What Porsche Use to Do is called Slick Finish NO Orange Peel, Which Means Color Sanded and Buffed to a Mirror Like Finish It Looks Amazing. No Evidence of any Damage Most Likely Painted due to Clear Coat Failure Like Most 90s Cars.
