 GTR; the pinnacle of a JDM classic!

With the name plate dating all the way back to 1969, the Nissan Skyline GTR is a legend. Up for offer is a Series 3 designation R32, the last iteration of the R32 generation.

The R32 GTR was originally created so that Nissan could retire their GTS-R Group A racer. In actuality, what Nissan ended up doing when  making the R32 GTR was creating Godzilla: the class-dominating race car. 

From the moment people heard of this amazing sports car, it was covetted by enthusiasts across the globe. Now is your chance to fulfill that dream!

From the factory, Nissan had been under-rating the power of their flagship sports car at only 276HP through a 5 Speed manual transmission and AWD. However, Dynamometer tests from the period indicated that the true power was around 300HP. This horsepower rating was part of a “gentleman's agreement” between Japanese auto-makers in order to discourage a horsepower war between manufacturers. The car has not seen a Dyno, however the output is expected to be slightly north of 300HP.

This GTR started life in Japan where it was bought new and tastefully modified. In May of 2018, the vehicle was exported to the United States by the current owner with approximately 50,000 miles. The vehicle was registered with all proper documentation, and since then, the owner has added approximately 22,000 miles, and a few more very tasteful upgrades. 

This vehicle has been meticulously maintained by the current owner, and recently had a service where fluids were changed throughout the vehicle, and new spark plugs were installed. This vehicle runs and drives beautifully, and truly lives up to the name “Godzilla”.

These wheels are Volk TE37 SL Black Edition II (18x10.5 +15 Offset [GTR Fitment Specification]) with Federal 595 RS-R Tires (285/30/R18) mounted on them. Please see last 5 photos in the listing for picture of the car with the TE37's mounted. The tires currently mounted to the stock R32 GTR Wheels are Toyo Extensa HP II (225/50/R16) with <100 miles of use.
