Osprey Custom 4x4, renowned builders of custom vehicles, proudly presents their latest bespoke build: a unique Santorini Black Metallic Double Cab Pickup, integrating a seamless fusion of modern automotive technology and the timeless allure of a legendary British offroader.

This stalwart build was completed by our team of skilled Master Craftsmen at our headquarters in Castle Hayne, North Carolina. Under the bonnet lies an unflinching 6.2L Corvette® LS3 V8 providing spirited forward motivation. The precise-shifting 6L80E 6-speed automatic transmission controlled by a PCS® push-button gear selector with LED display mated to a heavy-duty, center differential lock-equipped LT230 transfer case distributes constant power to all four wheels, ensuring the brawny 430+ horsepower and 425+ pound-feet of torque makes it to the ground. Powerful disc brakes at all four corners ensure stops are quiet, safe, quick, and efficient.

The new hot-dipped galvanized chassis is equipped with upgraded, heavy-duty front and rear axles, supported by slightly elevated heavy-duty shocks and springs. The chassis also features a heavy-duty track rod, drag link, and panhard bar, as well a Terrafirma® steering damper, all safeguarded by a heavy-duty aluminum front skid plate. This brawny vehicle stands proud on satin black 20-inch Project Kahn® Mondial Retro Light alloy wheels wrapped with beefy 265/60R20 Cooper® Discoverer AT3® XLT all-terrain tires, built to handle heavy loads or tow some serious weight while providing a smooth highway ride.

The special 4-door-with-a-bed body was expertly finished in deep, sultry Santorini Black Metallic paint, exuding a sense of sophistication and luxury, with a timeless look and subtle contemporary flair. It is complemented by color-matched wheel arches and trim, all completed at our in-house body and paint facility. Optimill® black anodized billet aluminum door, bonnet, and windscreen hinges add to the understated color palette.

At the front end, this rugged-yet-refined SUV showcases a body-color-matched KBX® grille and light surrounds with satin black side intake and wing top vents. The impressive front is completed with a satin black powder-coated slim-line bumper featuring two integrated LED daytime running lamps. At the rear, the vehicle features a satin black powder-coated North American Spec (NAS) step bumper, designed to accommodate a high-definition rearview camera, a 2-inch hitch receiver, and jacking/recovery points. For modern and precise illumination, LED headlamps with smoked marker, turn, reverse, and tail lamps have been installed.

Satin black, powder-coated Fire & Ice®-style tubular side steps assist with ingress and egress to the well-appointed passenger cabin where you'll find the high-back, heated front sport seats, the flat-folding 60/40 rear seats, and the door cards upholstered in supple Saddle Tan Leather with a chic square stitch accent. Behind the chunky, leather-wrapped sport steering wheel is an impressive driver command center focused around our exclusive 12.3 high-definition digital instrument cluster, blending the timeless look of factory-style gauges with the latest driver-focused technology.

The modern, leather-wrapped dash provides excellent heating and air conditioning, ensuring comfortable cabin temperatures regardless of the weather outside, and our new rear air conditioning system provides additional cooling on hot summer days for your guests. For those extra-brisk mornings, the front windscreen is heated. Brushed billet aluminum door pulls, door levers, door lock escutcheons, and HVAC vent trim rings add a bright, modern touch to the sumptuous interior, and topping it all off is a luxurious, suede-like charcoal Alcantara headliner.

A piano black center fascia houses the state-of-the-art infotainment system featuring a Kenwood® DMX9708S 7-inch HD capacitive touch-screen head unit with wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto®, Bluetooth®, built-in Digital Signal Processor, and GPS navigation backed by a rich sounding Rockford Fosgate® 6-speaker array and a Blaupunkt® GTHS131 200-watt active subwoofer with remote bass controller, enhanced by a Kenwood® KAC-M3004 200-watt amplifier.

Heavy-duty rubber floor mats protect the front and rear footwells, and the leather-wrapped center console houses a convenient storage cubby, as well as a wireless fast-charging pad for mobile devices, USB charging points, and two oversized aluminum cup holders.
