Classic Car Overview
I've owned this 1993 Geo Tracker 2-door convertible (with 2-piece removable hard top) for the last 27 years and I'm finally parting with her.
Built by Suzuki, these vehicles were sold under various different monikers. Mine's a Geo Tracker (sold by Chevy dealers). They were also sold as Suzuki Sidekicks (Suzuki auto dealers), GMC Trackers (GMC dealers), and, in Canada as Asuna Sunrunners (Pontiac dealers). They have quite a cult following.
At approximately 325,000 miles, she's a high mileage girl, but still runs great and, unbelievably, has never been apart! She leaks a little, but doesn't smoke at all. I had the 5-speed manual trans rebuilt at approximately 250,000 miles and added a Center Force dual friction clutch.
She's equipped with a 1.6 liter 8-valve fuel injected 4-cylinder engine. I've added a tri-y header with 2.5" stainless exhaust and a Flowmaster muffler (sounds throaty and unlike a 4cyl tracker!) and a fresh air kit.
She's also is equipped with a Calmini roll cage, a Calmini 2" suspension lift, and a front skid plate. Now here is where it gets fun... My original plans were to completely go through and equip her for some offroad adventures as a (dingy) vehicle to tow behind my motorhome. I bought everything under the sun, including:
1) A new Calmini 2.5" suspension lift with shocks.
2) A new Calmini front winch bumper.
3) A 9500lb Superwinch winch for mounting to the bumper.
4) A matching Calmini rear bumper with tire carrier.
5) A safari snorkel intake kit.
6) A Calmini safari roof rack.
7) An LED light bar (to mount to the rack).
8) Side nerf bars.
9) A Calmini 2" body lift.
10) A Calmini transfer case skid plate.
11) A Calmini underbody skid plate.
12) A Calmini rear differential skid plate/protector.
13) 1-pair front and rear Calmini sway bars.
14) A Guidon Engineering fiberglass 2-piece hardtop.
Plus a whole bunch of small miscellaneous parts (see pictures)!
All of the hard parts have been power coated in (what I call) school bus yellow. The powder coating alone was over $1500.00.
I'm selling this vehicle one of two ways:
Price just for the vehicle as-is: $6500.00
Price for the vehicle plus everything else: $9500.00.
If someone wants just the vehicle, I will sell the parts separately afterwards. I will not sell the parts until the vehicle is sold. If/when that happens, the individual parts will be quite a bit more expensive than they are with the package deal.
