Under the hood sits Fords beefy 5.8L V8, producing a factory-rated 240 horsepower and 340 lb-ft of torque, paired exclusively with a 4-speed automatic transmission designed to handle the trucks extra muscle. The SVT team tuned the suspension and steering for sharper handling, making the Lightning equally comfortable on a back road as it is cruising down the highway. With just 1,686 miles from new, this example has barely been broken in, preserving the factory driving experience as it was in 1993.

Inside, the Dark Charcoal cloth interior features Lightning-embroidered sport seats with bolster and lumbar support, along with powered windows, locks, and mirrors. Comfort and convenience are further enhanced with factory air conditioning, heat, and the original stereo still in place. Every detail, from the pristine dash to the crisp lettering on the gauges, shows the care this truck has received over the past three decades.

The 1993 model year marked the birth of the SVT Lightning, a project developed by Fords newly formed Special Vehicle Team to prove that pickups could deliver both utility and true performance. Only 5,276 Lightnings were built for 1993, and few have survived in such extraordinary, low-mile condition. This truck even retains its original window sticker, making it an exceptional find for collectors and enthusiasts alike.
