1992 Mitsubishi Pajero

The second generation of the Mitsubishi Pajero debuted in 1992 and production lasted until 1999. Notable for drawing a balance between tough and capable but also comfortable to drive, the V24 Pajero has remained a popular choice for the past 3 decades.

These second generation Pajeros saw the introduction of Super Select 4WD (SS4), Multi-Mode ABS and electronic shock absorbers; a huge first on Japanese four wheel drives. SS4 was ground breaking for its range of selectable four wheel drive options: 2H (high-range RWD), 4H (high-range full-time 4WD), 4HLc (high range 4WD with locked center differential) and 4LLc (low-range 4WD with locked center differential). Additionally, this updated 4WD system allowed the driver to switch between two wheel and four wheel drive on the fly at speeds up to 80 km/h. While this system was incredibly advanced for its time and still holds a candle to modern day 4WD, we have also fit a brand new set of meaty All-Terrain tires to ensure the most important part of Off-Roading; getting out of what youve got in.

These short wheel base Pajeros are a tough and durable SUV that offer excellent fuel economy which are more nimble and easy to park than its longer wheelbase sibling. With seating for 5 passengers, the back seats are equipped with arm rests and cupholders to maximize comfort for longer distances. Alternatively the back seats can be folded if extra cargo space is required. The interior can be found matching the exterior, a unique feature that has been lost over time. The blue dashboard and half leather seats are in great condition. The dash also features a wood grain accent for a touch of class giving this Pajero a homey and durable feel.
