1992 Mustang LX for sale. I purchased this is the summer of 2024 just a couple of months after the build by the previous owner.

This 1992 Ford Mustang LX hatchback started as a four cylinder from the factory but was fitted with a 5.0-Liter V8 (sourced from a 1968) as part of the fifteen month build which began in December 2022. Shifting is through a five-speed manual transmission with an upgraded clutch assembly. Additional modifications include shaved engine bay, a FiTech fuel-injection system, and Elgin camshaft, custom-fabricated duall exhaust system, and 17 SVE five-spoke allow wheels.

Exterior details include a cowl hood, a sunroof, reach hatch spoiler, and black side moldings. Cracked paint is on the rear quarter panel and is visible in the pictures. Additional blemishes are a small run on the rear spoiler that is not too noticeable and just needs to be buffed out.

The SVE 17 wheels are mounted with 245/45 Falken Azeris Tires. Suspension is upgraded with revised control arms, KYB Shocks, Eibach sway bars and aftermarket springs. Braking is handled by red finished calipers mounted over cross drilled slotted rotors up front as well as drums at the rear.

Corbeau bucket seats trimmed in black suedes compliment the Boss Audio touch screen head unit, which is connected to a Pioneer amplifier, dual 12 subwoofers and JBL speakers. Doors are custom quilted with suede trim pieces, new floor mats, and power operated windows and locks.

Replacement engine is said to have been machined and fitted with replacement crankshaft, pistons, connecting rods, and cylinder heads before it was installed into the shaved engine bay. It has been fitted with an Elgin camshaft, a FiTech fuel injection system, custom intake, aluminum dual-fan radiator, long tube headers four into one exhaust headers that flow into a custom fabricated dual exhaust header with h-pipe. Flowmaster muffles and stainless steel tips finish out the system.

Transmission is a T5 manual transmission with a 10.5 RAM clutch assembly which feeds into the limited-slip differential with a finned aluminum cover. Custom-fabricated sub-frame mounts with jacking rails were installed prior to the body being stripped and painted.

This car is a blast and unfortunately other hobbies are taking up my time. This car is sold as-is with no warranty of any kind. All sales are final. Clear Florida title is in hand with no liens. I have included several invoices showing the amount of detail that has gone into this car.
