This car was delivered new on January 17th, 1992 to a Switzerland Ferrari collector. The importer of record was IFS Importation Ferrari (Suisse). Included inside the original F40 warranty card and owners service book are date stamped service coupons and interval services as stated below:

- 03/04/1998 - 5,000km
- 04/19/2000 - 11,077km
- 11/24/2006 - 26,321km
- 02/21/2013 - 31,170km
- 06/25/2025 - 32,830km
Along with stamped service coupons, provided service records show major services:
- 10/21/2002 - 15,298km: Both fuel tanks replaced
- 08/28/2008 - 29,990km: Clutch replacement. Also, fuel tanks replaced upon owners request
