Classic Car Overview
1992 was the last year of the E30 BMW 325i convertible. This example has 284k miles on the clock. Thanks to residing in salt-free Colorado, dedicated maintenance and being regularly driven throughout its journey, everything works as designed. And the engine shows excellent compression within factory specifications. This vehicle is reliable and ready to enjoy.
Significant services performed by premier independent BMW specialists include:
Timing belt (drive belts, shaft seal, serpentine belt, water pump, etc.), Oil cooler lines, Power steering hoses/lines, Radiator, Rear shock mounts, Rear brakes, rotors and pads, Shifter bushings, new Michelin tires, Control arms, Valve cover and oil pan gaskets, Front brake lines, and Failure-prone automatic convertible top converted to manual operation.
The original paint throughout presents well with expected minor nicks and blemishes consistent with age and mileage. This lifetime Colorado car is rust-free and has never undergone restoration
This E30 has not been modified and represents an increasingly rare opportunity to acquire an original, honest, unmolested, high-mileage survivor that has been cared for and driven as intended. There is wear to driver seat and small hole in its entry bolster.
I have driven this car through the mountains of Colorado and Wyoming and Id drive it across the country with confidence.
Carfax shows an erroneous entry of damage all over in 2011. Owner at that time confirms no accidents, and the car retains original panels and paint. This entry appears to have been submitted by a service facility note rather than a verified accident report from police or insurance entities. Additionally, this incident does not appear in 2024 Carfax I pulled when I purchased the vehicle. It appears in a 2026 report so it entered the file between 2024 and 2026 raising more flags that this is an erroneous report.
