1991 GMC Syclone

This ultra-low-mileage GMC Syclone is a beautiful survivor. Originally sold new in Denver, it has remained in Colorado through its three owners and presents consistent with dry-climate use. The condition strongly suggests careful, likely garaged storage throughout its life. Paint meter readings indicate original factory paint on all tested panels, and the finish remains in excellent condition. The interior presents exceptionally well, with no visible wear on the seat bolsters and no dash cracking. Overall presentation reflects attentive ownership and preservation.

The truck retains three sets of GM keys, the original owners manual, and even the window sticker. A CarFax report (available upon request) shows no accidents reported and documents regular servicing consistent with the current 23,668 miles. When new, the truck was fitted with a matching black fiberglass bed cover that is lockable, and the bed was lined with black nylon carpeting. A commonly discussed Syclone maintenance item is the heater core; this example has had the heater core replaced, and the A/C system has been upgraded to R134a refrigerant. PLEASE NOTE: Most enthusiasts for the Syclone/Typhoon turbo trucks know that they virtually all have an endemic issue in the ABS brake module that causes the Brake and ABS warning lights to illuminate. New modules havent been available for many years, so there really isnt a proper fix that we know of. There are places online to purchase a work-around harness that will extinguish the lights, but you wont have ABS. Our truck has the lights on, meaning the brakes work fine, but the ABS is not functioning. We have been advised not to install anything that will cancel any manufacturers safety feature, so we will not install that fix. The truck will be sold AS-IS with those illuminated warning lights disclosed and not repaired.
