1990 Mazda RX-7 Convertible

Car has 94,918 miles on both motor and chassis. Car is OEM, unmolested. I bought this car in June 2020, and it had 71K on it. This car has been well cared for; not beaten or mistreated in any way.
Replaced: slave cylinder; axles (kept old axles); tires; exhaust (Y-pipe/cat back); shifter insulation/bushings/boot/groove bushing. Replaced clutch pressure plate, throwout and pilot bearings, and all bearings in transmission. Routine/periodic maintenance completed when necessary. I also installed LED headlights. New starter: car was having trouble starting and I thought maybe the starter. It turned out to be an O2 sensor, but I just kept the new starter on it. Original starter on hand. Also have a set of new roof seals and a set of taillights to body seals (none leak, just didn't get around to replacing them). Have a windshield wiper/hazard light switch that came with the car; have not tested, do not know if it is operational. Have touch up paint, associated pins/fasteners.
Compression numbers are in pictures. Also, compression tester (used once). I'm not going to need it again, so its yours.
Have original Mazda owners manual, warranty info booklet, pen. Some old maintenance records form previous owner as well as axles replacement receipt. Zero accidents. Oh, and an FSM in excellent shape.
Purchased rust free, and it remains so. Has been garage kept since it arrived in June 2020. Windows tinted (not dark enough for me, but the wife did it for a birthday present one year).
With any other FC of its year, the oil pan does drip. Also, it is nearly 37 years old and has imperfections such as swirls in paint, two tiny dings in the hood (cat jumped on it) which are little noticeable. However, this car is gorgeous and the (original) paint is bright. The vinyl ragtop is OEM (no tears/rips) as well.
The stereo is OEM and tape deck, CD player, radio all work. LED window is clear and bright. All lights in the radio work. There are 2 monoblock amps: 1 in the front powering 4 JBL 620s and the other in the rear powering dual 10 RF subs. This is a solid sound system and is loud and clear as a bell. Also, there is an isimple modulator for BT. The radio was sent out and recapped, cleaned and oiled, new belts and checked overall. I have disconnected the power antenna it works perfectly and I wanted to keep it that way. Have extra radio harness, radio brackets.
A/C and heater work. I never use a/c but I have tested it and it is cold, but not freezing cold.
Interior is as is in the pictures; and it is in really good shape. Headliner is snug and secure. Top works as it should, no problem with the motors or mechanisms. Original lighter.
Tonneau cover is immaculate! Have a car cover as well.
