1990 Ferrari 348 TS

The Ferrari 348 (Tipo F119) was the last V8 car to be developed under the direction of Enzo Ferrari. Often described by enthusiasts as the last analog Ferrari, it is a very exhilarating, visceral sports car. Its manual steering, manual transaxle and lack of electronic driver aids allow the enthusiast to fully engage with the cars performance capabilities.

This 1990 Ferrari 348TS is finished in Rosso Corsa over tan Connolly leather. It is powered by a mid-engine, longitudinally mounted 3.4 liter, 300hp V8 paired with a five-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes a gated shifter, a dry sump lubrication system, a limited slip differential, a fully independent suspension, 4-wheel ventilated disc brakes with ABS, Ferrari 360 18" alloy wheels and a Tubi exhaust system. The air conditioner blows cold air and, with the removable roof, the driver can experience open air motoring with the benefit of roll over protection.

This car now has 30,600 miles and has been under current ownership for 13 years. Clean CarFax, no accidents. It has an extensive maintenance history as detailed in the last photo of the photo gallery. An engine out, 30k mile service was completed in 2020 at 28,900 miles. This service included:

New cam timing belt.
Hill Engineering belt tensioner bearings.
New cam seals and gaskets.
New oil pump drive chain.
New water pump.
New alternator harness.
Starter rebuilt.
Both O2 sensors replaced.
New spark plugs.
New accessory belts.
New water hoses.
Air, oil, and fuel filters replaced.
Cam covers were powder coated.
Compression readings at the time of service were: 205, 200, 205, 205, 200, 210, 205, 205.
Leak down test readings were: 5%, 5%,10%, 5%,5%, 5%, 5%, 10%.

Included in the sale will be the Ferrari Owner's Manual in a leather Schedoni binder, the original tool kit in a leather briefcase, a Ferrari 348 Maintenance Manual and a Ferrari car cover and duffle. The original Ferrari 348 17" alloy wheels, original exhaust system, and the removed catalytic converters will also be included.
