Only car I have had for nearly 21 years. If destination was outside of golf cart range the Corvette made the trip. Always garaged and covered with a Wolf cover. Start? I would not be afraid of firing up in the morning and driving it to California; just need fuel and perhaps an oil and filter change along the way. Swap was completed at Corvettes at Carlisle main stage in August of 2015. I have the Corvette Enthusiast article that was written about it for the magazine by the builder. Engine had right at 15,000 miles when installed between the rails and I have put about 76,000 on it since As listed entire drive train rebuilt and upgraded during the swap. Convertible top is good and operates normally. Last several years I only put it down for easier interior cleaning due to major skin cancer problems. AC does indeed work; however, the HVAC controller, as with ALL C4s, is contrary. No mechanical problems that in any way prohibit driving the car. Cruise control needs fixed and it needs a new electric antenna that also has a separate switch on the panel to play CD's & cassette tapes with the antenna down. General status is very good approaching excellent.
Is it an everyday driver or a garage kept weekend warrior? Does it start and run every time? When was engine swap completed? How many miles on engine swap? Does AC blow cold? What is status of convertible top? Does it operate normally? Is there any existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing needs to be fixed/corrected now? What is general status of vehicle?
