The Most Desirable Corvette Ever?

The 1967 Corvette is considered the most-loved Corvette ever produced. The combination of classic C2 styling, along with an incredible array of powertrain and comfort options, makes it one of the most desirable Corvettes ever. Not bad for a car that was never supposed to be made!

Classic Car Overview

1990 Corvette ZR-1

Here it is!  The one they call the “King of the Hill”  For most Corvette enthusiasts you already know how special this car is.  For those of you that do not, here are a few notes  1990 was the first year of production of just over 3,000 units.  The “Z” is actually different than the stock Corvette.  First of all, it is about 3½ inches wider at the hips than the average “Vette”  It comes with 2 ignition keys.  One to start the engine.  The other is to activate an additional 8 injectors to bring the engine to it's full 384HP to the rear wheels..  With the 6 speed forward transmission, you have exceptional speed and control.

I cannot find a reprint of the Monroney (Window) Sticker prior to 1997.  The average listed price for a new1990 Corvette is about $30,000.  The so-called “ZR-1” option is an additional $29,000, for a total of approximately $59,000.  For 1990 this car has held and will continue to hold its value for many years to come.

The car comes with an additional set of used Good Year Eagle tires already mounted on additional 4 original aluminum like new wheels. These wheels are no longer available new on the after market.  Good luck finding them on the used market as well.

The car is in excellent shape.  There is no damage or dings to the exterior. And the interior is spotless. Now comes the best part.  The mileage is only 15,817.  Again the extra wheels and tires are included in the price of $43,900.  This car is an excellent addition to anyone's collection.
