Classic Car Overview
Very special Overfinch that was ground-up restored and further enhanced 2020 through 2023. Full period Overfinch paperwork comes with the vehicle. Lifetime preservation treatment on original chassis. Available with or without a new tent and bike rack (see pictures). Immediately US and Canada exportable. Overfinch charge £350k for their current Classic Defender.
The vehicle was fully restored, principally with three areas in mind:
1) Maintain and preserve original Land Rover features. E.g. the original chassis has been chemical dipped, repaired along factory lines, galvanised, knocked back, epoxy coated, POR15 painted. The chassis is original as is it's chassis number.
2) Rebuild and reinstate Land Rover and Overfinch originality. E.g. the Overfinch specified AP Racing braking system has been completely replaced like for like. Small aftermarket items have been replaced with Land Rover original fitment items, such as Britax wing mirrors.
3) Understanding the importance of the vehicle, built in further safety and security for the current owner's family. Examples include new Safety Devices full roll cage, new seatbelts, battery cut-off switch, Sky-Link Tracker with direct Police access.
Examples of Additional Enhancements Made:
- Full sound deafening pack / all new carpets and over mats / hands-free phone & stereo upgrade with subwoofer / 2nd row seats with headrests / interior in Bridge of Weir black leather and racing blue alcantara (matching the new Blindo Alloy Wheels) / larger BFG all-terrain tyres / new bull bar / new spot lights & LED lighting pack / Overfinch leather steering wheel / genuine Land Rover new key lockset.
The restoration has been fully documented along with photographic evidence. This also includes paperwork/history from all previous owners of the vehicle. It's one of a kind with no artificial additions which are too often seen today in classic Land Rovers.
