Classic Car Overview

5.8L V8 awesome truck for anyone. Could be a great father son hobby truck that doesn't need much reconditioning. Bought a few weeks ago from the Generous Collection, Haggerty auction as can be read about in Car and Driver, and seen on Barn Finder on YouTube. I really like this truck but did not get wife approval and now I have to let it go. Registered in Texas today so will be 4 to 6 weeks before I receive the title.
I am not a mechanic, but here is what I can tell you about the truck:
The good:
Dual fuel tanks (very cool)
Everything I list here works: cassette player, vent, lights, blinkers, wipers, horn, cruise control, gauges, dome light, door locks, windows. There is actually not anything that I know of that does not work on the truck except maybe the air conditioner. The vent blows air, but I cannot tell how cool the air is & have not spent any time investigating it.
I replaced the following: fuel and air filters, spark plugs, positive battery cable, & changed engine oil and filter.
The body seems straight to me, and in my opinion truck is as clean as it looks in the photos. And the condition of the seals and that sliding window just look great for such an old truck.
The transmission shifts gears smoothly.

The bad:

1. Small oil leak
2. Engine (or possibly something exhaust related- I don't know) makes a fluttering sound when it heats up and goes away with acceleration. I did not hear it at all with cruise control at 60 mph, and does not appear to affect acceleration so anyway, I do not know what that sound is.
3. Could use a new set of tires.
Email me if you have any specific questions I can try and answer or any photo requests. Asking price is for what I have invested in the truck.
Cash only, or can meet at a local bank in Rockwall or McKinney Texas for cashiers check.
Attached photos & YouTube video were from the Haggerty auction site.
