Power is provided by a 4.3-liter V6 engine bored .030 over and backed by a four-speed automatic transmission. A new camshaft, Vortec heads, and Edelbrock carburetor were installed within the last year. Underhood features include black Vortec valve covers, an aluminum intake, a black open-element air filter, and orange engine block paint.

UNDERCARRIAGE
This S10 was factory-equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear drive axle. The suspension has been lowered. Braking is provided by power front discs and rear drums.
