Classic Car Overview
This car also has a complete tool kit, fully functional sunroof, all gauges on the instrument cluster are fully functional as well. The back-light on the on-board computer has been replaced with an LED back-light and most of the functions including time, date, stopwatch, and temperature are functional on that as well.
The engine hood liner has been replaced so the car shows nicely at car shows and BMW events.
Extensive work has been done to maintain the look and feel of this 635 as if it just rolled off the show room floor. The suspension has been replaced with Bilstein B-6 coilovers to maintain comfort and ride-height. The R12 refrigerant has been updated/replaced and recharged with R134A so the AC "blows cold."
This card is surprisingly practical as the front two seats, both electronically adjustable, are big with the leather in great shape. The trunk is huge and fits multiple golf bags with ease. The stereo is blue-tooth compatible and maintains the look of the vehicle.
I have a binder of documented work that includes the suspension work, replacing the water pump, radiator fan, coolant reservoir, starter, and alternator. I also have a Blackstone lab report that testifies to the health and good condition of the engine.
A new battery and oil change was performed this spring as well.
