Featuring a freshly sealed diesel powerplant, bespoke leather interior, and a completely modernized chassis, this vehicle represents the absolute pinnacle of G-Class preservation.







Restoration Highlights & Mechanical Build



Chassis, Suspension & Drivetrain





Bare-Chassis Refurbishment: The vehicle underwent a complete frame-off tear-down. The frame, body cab, and axles were entirely sandblasted to bare metal, corrected for structural perfection, and finished in a high-durability protective powder coating.





Premium Underbody Armor: Total underside sealing using premium Wrth anti-corrosion protection and advanced seam sealers, supplemented by precision-applied bitumen sound-deadening mats for drastically improved cabin acoustics.





Heavy-Duty Suspension Rebuild: Equipped with brand-new front and rear shock absorbers, a new steering damper, a premium polyurethane bushing kit (Polybushes) for crisp road manners, and fresh stabilizer bar setups.

Overhauled Axles & Drivetrain: Front and rear axles completely stripped, cleaned, and resealed. Features a fully rebuilt transfer case, high-performance universal joints (U-joints), restored front steering knuckle/swivel housings, and newly refurbished, balanced driveshafts.





Upgraded Braking Systems: Reconditioned and re-threaded brake calipers, brand-new brake discs and pads, complete hardware installation kits, and completely new secure routing for all brake lines and emergency cables.









Engine & Powertrain Performance





Powertrain Overhaul: Driven by a robust Mercedes-Benz diesel engine, fully pulled from the chassis to receive complete resealing, precision exterior painting, and a custom-fabricated gearbox mount adaptation.

Advanced Cooling System: Upgraded cooling stack featuring a thoroughly cleaned radiator, performance intercooler, custom silicone elbow plumbing, and a bespoke fabricated coolant expansion tank bracket.





Turbocharged Integration: Outfitted with custom-engineered engine mounts and an optimized turbocharger oil drain line system for reliable, modern power delivery.





Fuel & Vacuum Support: Fully restored vacuum reservoir tank, all-new fuel pump assembly, and a fresh injection pump O-ring configuration.

Exterior Enhancements





Exemplary Body Restoration: Every single body panel, door, and fender was stripped of its legacy paint. All metal imperfections were meticulously cut out, replaced with hand-fabricated metal patch panels, seamlessly welded, and finished using traditional metal-cuyning (tinning/lead-loading) techniques for timeless straightness.





Overland Trim: Fitted with rugged fender flares (widebody wheel arches), an integrated snorkel intake system, custom engine skid plate/undertray, rear mudflaps, a custom rear jerrycan holder, and beautifully finished zinc-galvanized exterior hardware.





Fresh Glass & Lighting: Brand-new front windshield set in pristine seals, new door-handle rubber gaskets, new fender-mounted turn signals, and a modern LED exterior bulb conversion.
