1987 Mercedes-Benz 300D Turbo

For sale is my restored 1987 300D Turbo Diesel sedan. Probably one of the cleanest examples left in existence. I have spent the last 5 years giving this 300d a 2nd generation face lift through and through. Powertrain & Body has approx. 126k miles, Interior has approx. 74k miles. Finished in #147 Artic White on #265 Palomino. All mechanical parts replaced or restored. The reason for this OEM+ resto project is I loved the w124 with the OM603 turbo diesel but felt the amenities were outdated in the first generation of w124 vehicles. Also it is a limited production one year only model. To build this car I used a 1992 300E and a1993 400E as donor vehicles, specifically sourced for their extremely rare options. Runs and drives perfectly. Drives like a 400E with a turbo diesel powertrain. Does not have any fluid leaks. No rust top or bottom. Starts perfectly warm and cold. Everything works. Ice cold A/C, Hot heat. Wheels are 17" Aero II monoblocks perfect shape with new staggered Continental tires. All mechanical items have been serviced & maintained, ready for your enjoyment.
