1987 Dodge Charger Shelby

1987 Dodge Shelby Charger GLHS #0539 for sale. I have owned this car since 1997. It was sold out of Waco Texas and has been in the North Texas area for most of its life. ZERO rust!! It has 96,200 original miles and NO accidents. It was stored inside from 1999 through 2018 while in various stages of restoration. I took it off the road because it was diagnosed with "piston slap" in cylinder 4 and I figured I'd put it up for a little bit and rebuild the motor eventually. Life got in the way for too long but it has been gone through thoroughly since 2017. It is kept inside, on a battery tender and under a cover. It has been driven less than 1500 miles since 2017 with 90% of the miles driving to local car shows. The motor was removed and completely rebuilt along with most major components of the car. The interior is amazing! (needs a headliner!) The paint is original with a few oxidation spots, the worst by far being the hood. The modifications that were done were done tastefully and did not affect reliability or drivability. I have all of the original parts and a slew of extras available. You could easily put this car back to original if wanted! The car also has an aftermarket Pioneer/Sony/Rockford Fosgate stereo. See full list of parts/accessories below:
