Classic Car Overview
This 1987 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible, 20th anniversary, celebrates a sporty open-top era with a distinct color combo. This is an interesting example where it is a coupe by VIN but the conversion was done by ASC - the ones who did all the factory official convertibles. It makes this quite a rare car, and so it has been well respected. In fact, any upgrades are done in line with its history. So the wheels are borrowed from a later 3rd-gen Camaro and the interior has been redone with saddle-tan and gray velour that seems to coordinate with the factory theme.

This Camaro has a ton of style. The black paint has a glossy respray, and the lower gunmetal section goes well with the racing stripes on top. Plus, while the tan interior is its own distinct color, the black inserts mean the full package looks well-coordinated when the top is down. So this is quite a stylish car. And with V8 power, an overdrive transmission, and a loaded interior, this one feels quite easy to drive and showcase.
