1986 Porsche 928S in Black over Champagne/Brown full leather interior. The vehicle shown is an ORIGINAL CONDITION, 35K MILE, THREE-OWNER example of 1 of the rarest front-engined Porsches built: A 1986 928S with a 5.0 Liter DOHC 32 VALVE 288HP engine AND a 5 SPEED DOG LEG MANUAL TRANSMISSION. With regards to service history: Collected in a portfolio are over $24,000 of service records and receipts in chronological order dating back to 1998. All records are present from new as well as all manuals, certificates, and the original factory window sticker. Cosmetically all panels still show to be factory paint, and the interior is free of damage or wear and is commensurate to a 35K mile Porsche. In my 48 years of involvement with Porsche, this is the only example I have ever seen where the rear quarter window interior leather trim is not warped from the sun. This 928S shows all original equipment with the exception of a stainless steel performance X pipe exhaust that was dealer installed just after its third owner took possession in 2008. This is truly a COLLECTORS GRADE PORSCHE that is not only exclusive and rare, but incredibly preserved, in original condition, and fully documented. It will surely not disappoint in any way, and is more than likely the closest thing to a new 928S in existence outside of the Porsche Museum in Zuffenhausen. This is a most beautiful car. There are no signs of corrosion or having been driven in conditions of inclement weather with portions of the factory cosmoline are still present on the underside. The 5.0 Liter V8 engine is dry and shows no signs of leakage, and the rare 5-speed manual gearbox shifts flawlessly as it should.
